The issue here is that it is a new file the OS hasn't seen, and it is not signed. This is not an indication of a virus - rather that I haven't shelled out around a hundred bucks for a certificate that will eventually expire. How to add a custom webhook/channel:
_{Note: Requires you to have "Manage Webhooks" permission for a given channel to create them, however you can freely use already existing ones if given to you. Multiple puppetmaster instances can freely use the same webhook with no issues.}

1. Open channel settings

2. Create (or edit) a webhook

3. Set the channel, copy the URL and hit save!
